Members of the national press who carry a press card are not required to upload any documents. Who do not carry a press card are required to upload a letter of authorization from their media organization (letterheaded, officially signed by an authorized person and stamped) to the system. The personnel assigned to work in live broadcast vehicles are required to sign up for the system and complete their accreditation in the same way that press members do. Members of the press who wish to cover the ceremonies should apply for accreditation by uploading the required documents to the system from the address, no later than Thursday, August 26 th, 2021, at 12 pm. Members of the press who wish to cover the August 30 Victory Day celebration ceremonies shall be accredited by the Directorate of Communications.
